It is indicated as a maintenance therapy for symptoms of cerebral circulatory disorders (such as dizziness, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), headache, loss of memory, irritability and lack of concentration), disorders of balance (such as vertigo (spinning sensation), dizziness, tinnitus, nystagmus, nausea or vomiting) or peripheral circulatory disorders (such as Raynaud’s phenomenon (reduced blood flow to the fingers), paraesthesia (numbness of hands and feet), cold extremities, nocturnal cramps, acrocyanosis, intermittent claudication, trophic disturbances, trophic and varicose ulcers). It can also be used in the prophylaxis of migraine and motion sickness.
Cinnarizine is a histamine H-1 receptor antagonist with muscarinic anticholinergic, sedative, anti-serotonergic and vasodilator properties. CINZINE 75MG works by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels, leading to vasodilation and increased blood supply to the targeted organs. Try to take this medicine preferably after meals, as it may reduce the incidence of epigastric distress or gastric irritation. Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may increase the risk of side effects.
