Cipzen 5mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective.
Anti-inflammatory: Serratiopeptidase acts as an anti-inflammatory agent by regulating inflammatory cytokines and hence the onset of chronic inflammation. It significantly modifies cell adhesion molecules that guide inflammatory cells to the sites of inflammation.

Serrapeptase should not be taken along with blood thinners — such as Warfarin and aspirin — other dietary supplements like garlic, fish oil, and turmeric, which may increase your risk of bleeding or bruising . Several side effects have been observed in people taking serrapeptase.

If you miss a dose of Cipzen 5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
