Clenchin-Z Gel is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. A thin layer of the medicine should be applied only to the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands. Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine. If it gets into your eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina rinse with water. It may take several days to weeks for your symptoms to improve, but you should keep using this medicine regularly. The course of the treatment should be completed to ensure better efficacy of the medicine. If your condition does not improve or gets worse, you should talk to your doctor.
Zinc's mechanism of action involves induction of intestinal cell metallothionein (Mt), which blocks copper absorption from the intestinal track.
Clindamycin works primarily by binding to the 50s ribosomal subunit of bacteria. This agent disrupts protein synthesis by interfering with the transpeptidation reaction, which thereby inhibits early chain elongation
This medication is used after other medications to treat a certain liver disease (Wilson's disease). This inherited disease causes the liver to hold onto too much copper, resulting in liver damage and other serious problems

Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Zinc acetate may cause serious side effects. Call your doctor at once if you have: speech problems
diarrhea from an infection with Clostridium difficile bacteria.
myasthenia gravis, a skeletal muscle disorder.
Crohn's disease.
ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory condition of the intestines.
severe liver disease.
blood in the bowel movement.
severe renal impairment.
Clenchin-Z Gel is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Clenchin-Z Gel is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Zinc is a mineral that is used to treat Wilson's disease, a rare genetic disorder in which copper builds up in some of your vital organs such as the brain or liver. Zinc acetate is usually given to people who have already been treated with a chelating drug to remove copper from the body
Clindamycin is indicated in the treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible anaerobic bacteria. Clindamycin is also indicated in the treatment of serious infections due to susceptible strains of streptococci, pneumococci, and staphylococci
Avoid taking Zinc acetate with foods that are high in calcium and phosphorous, like dairy products, bread, dried peas or beans, lentils, beer, soft drinks, boiled eggs, etc., as they may interfere with the absorption of this medicine into the body. Keep this medicine away from the reach of children and pets
Cisatracurium The risk or severity of neuromuscular blockade can be increased when Clindamycin is combined with Cisatracurium.
Clarithromycin The metabolism of Clindamycin can be decreased when combined with Clarithromycin.
Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.
Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Clenchin-Z Gel, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Consult a doctor before taking any medicines.
You may have to use it for a long time before your acne starts to improve. Be patient and keep using it every day.
Wash your skin with a mild cleanser and pat it dry before applying Clenchin-Z Gel.
Apply it as a thin layer onto clean, dry, unbroken skin affected by acne.
It may cause minor burning, stinging or irritation when applied. Inform your doctor if this does not go away.
Avoid contact with your eyes, nose or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the cream in these areas.
If you think the area of skin you are treating has become more irritated and infected, you should stop using Clenchin-Z Gel and consult your doctor.
