Creamee Plus Syrup that helps treat constipation (infrequent bowel movements and hard, dry stools). It works by drawing water into your bowels and making your stools softer and easier to pass.


Pharmacokinets

After oral ingestion, sodium picosulfate reaches the colon without any appreciable absorption. Therefore, enterohepatic circulation is avoided. The active laxative compound, bis-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-pyridyl-2-methane (BHPM), is formed by bacterial cleavage in the intestine.Liquid Paraffin is freely soluble in ether, very slightly soluble in dehydrated ethanol and practically insoluble in water or in ethanol. Boiling point-Above 300 °C. Unless a patient is deficient in magnesium, very little is absorbed by the intestine. Overall, about 15%-50% of the magnesium hydroxide suspension is absorbed systemically. However, it does not undergo any metabolism as it is rapidly excreted in the urine.
