Curenim P Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.
Curenim P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Paracetamol. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling)
Nimesulide is rapidly distributed and has an apparent volume of distribution ranging between 0.18 and 0.39 L/kg. It is extensively bound to albumin; the unbound fraction in plasma was 1%. The unbound fraction increased to 2 and 4% in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency,Paracetamol is readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract with peak plasma concentrations occurring about 30 minutes to 2 hours after ingestion. It is metabolised in the liver (90-95%) and excreted in the urine mainly as the glucuronide and sulphate conjugates. Less than 5% is excreted as unchanged paracetamol.

Curenim P Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in relieving pain. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve fever, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat
may cause side-effects such as nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, headache, heartburn, and diarrhoea. These side-effects are usually mild and temporary. However, if any of these side-effects persist or get worse, consult a doctor immediately.

It should also be avoided in patients with the history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.

Yes, Curenim P Tablet can be taken with Vitamin B-complex preparations. While Curenim P Tablet helps to relieve pain, Vitamin B-complex helps to correct the vitamin deficiency that might be causing your symptoms.

No, Curenim P Tablet preferably should not be taken for stomach pain without consulting a physician. This drug can increase stomach acid secretion which may aggravate an unknown underlying condition.
