Do not change the dose without talking to your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. It is better to take it, in the same way, and at the same time every day to get the maximum benefit. Keep taking it for as long as you have been told to, even if you feel well. Stopping treatment may increase the risk of your transplanted organ being rejected.
Ciclosporin binds to the cytosolic protein cyclophilin (immunophilin) of lymphocytes, especially of T cells. This cyclosporin—cyclophilin complex inhibits calcineurin, which is normally responsible for activating the transcription of interleukin
Cyclosporine is extensively distributed in peripheral tissues. Its volume of distribution is 3 to 5 L/kg. Cyclosporine distribution in the blood is approximately 41 to 58% in erythrocytes, 33 to 47% in plasma, 5 to 12% in granulocytes, and 4 to 9% in lymphocytes.

If you miss a dose of Cyclomune 50mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

It is also used to treat arthritis and immune disorders of the eyes, lungs, muscles, skin, nerves, and blood vessels.

Your doctor may monitor your kidney function regularly. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day to help with your kidney function.
