The amount of Cyclophil ME 100 Capsule you take depends on your weight, medical condition, and what you are being treated for. Your doctor will plan the correct dose for you. Do not change the dose without talking to your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. It is better to take it, in the same way, and at the same time every day to get the maximum benefit. Keep taking it for as long as you have been told to, even if you feel well. Stopping treatment may increase the risk of your transplanted organ being rejected.
Ciclosporin binds to the cytosolic protein cyclophilin (immunophilin) of lymphocytes, especially of T cells. This cyclosporin—cyclophilin complex inhibits calcineurin, which is normally responsible for activating the transcription of interleukin
Cyclosporine is extensively distributed in peripheral tissues. Its volume of distribution is 3 to 5 L/kg. Cyclosporine distribution in the blood is approximately 41 to 58% in erythrocytes, 33 to 47% in plasma, 5 to 12% in granulocytes, and 4 to 9% in lymphocytes.

If you miss a dose of Cyclophil ME 100 Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Cyclophil ME 100 Capsule is used to prevent organ rejection in transplant patients.
It is also used to treat arthritis and immune disorders of the eyes, lungs, muscles, skin, nerves, and blood vessels.
It may take 3 to 4 months for the medication to work. Keep taking it as prescribed.
Your doctor may get regular blood tests done to check the levels of blood cells in your blood. Inform your doctor if you experience unexplained bruising or bleeding, sore throat, mouth ulcers, fever or general illness.
Your doctor may monitor your kidney function regularly. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day to help with your kidney function.
Do not stop taking Cyclophil ME 100 Capsule without talking to your doctor first.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Cyclophil ME 100 Capsule is to be taken with food.
