Cyendiv 100mg Soft Gelatin Capsule should be taken with food, but try to have it at the same time every day to get the most benefits. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.Diarrhea is a very common side effect of this medicine. You are advised to drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if it does not go away. Other common side effects include nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, abnormal liver function tests, loss of appetite, headache, weight loss, and high blood pressure. Your doctor might ask you for some blood tests to monitor liver functioning.
Cyendiv 100mg Soft Gelatin Capsule is an anti-cancer medication. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of cancer cells.
Nintedanib is metabolised via hydrolytic ester cleavage, resulting in the formation of the free acid moiety that is subsequently glucuronidated and excreted in the faeces. Less than 1% of drug-related radioactivity is eliminated in urine. The terminal elimination half-life of nintedanib is about 10–15 h.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Cyendiv 100mg Soft Gelatin Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Cyendiv 100mg Soft Gelatin Capsule. Please consult your doctor.
Cyendiv 100mg Soft Gelatin Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Nintedanib is used to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF; scarring of the lungs with an unknown cause). It is also used to treat certain types of chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILD; an ongoing disease in which there is increased scarring of the lungs).
If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Cyendiv Soft Gelatin Capsule may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Cyendiv Soft Gelatin Capsule may interact with the following drugs and products:

Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Cyendiv 100mg Soft Gelatin Capsule, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
