Denim P 100 mg/500 mg Syrup should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.
Nimesulide and Paracetamol. This medication helps in relieving the pain and inflammation. It works by lowering the levels of chemical substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation.
Nimesulide is rapidly distributed and has an apparent volume of distribution ranging between 0.18 and 0.39 L/kg. It is extensively bound to albumin; the unbound fraction in plasma was 1%. The unbound fraction increased to 2 and 4% in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency.It distributes rapidly and evenly throughout most tissues and fluids and has a volume of distribution of approximately 0.9L/kg. 10 to 20% of the drug is bound to red blood cells. Paracetamol is extensively metabolised (predominantly in the liver), the major metabolites being the sulphate and glucuronide conjugates.

This medication is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, prescribed for painful inflammatory conditions, back pain, dysmenorrhea, postoperative pain, osteoarthritis, and fever
NIMESULIDE+PARACETAMOL is shown to interact with various drugs. Some of them include lithium, anticancer/antimetabolites (methotrexate), blood thinner or anticoagulant (warfarin, coumadin, aspirin), blood pressure or heart medicine, nausea medicine (metoclopramide, domperidone), diuretic/water pills (thiazides, furosemide), steroid medicine (prednisone), quinolones antibiotics (ciprofloxacin), respiratory medicines (theophyllines, ephedrine), immune system affecting medicine (cyclosporine), cholesterol-reducing medicine (colestyramine) and antidepressants (duloxetine). These drugs may affect the working of NIMESULIDE+PARACETAMOL and may alter its efficacy.
Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Denim P 100 mg/500 mg Syrup is to be taken with food.

If you miss a dose of Denim P 100 mg/500 mg Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

It should also be avoided in patients with the history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.
