Diapar Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen. Domperidone helps to control vomiting. It also increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. This prevents nausea and vomiting caused due to migraine.

Pharmacokinets

DOMPERIDONE+PARACETAMOL is a combination of drugs namely; Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is a prokinetic that prevents nausea and vomiting symptoms by blocking certain receptors (like dopamine and serotonin) that stimulate the vomiting centre (chemoreceptor trigger zone - CTZ) located in the brain.

Effects Of Missed Dosage

If you miss a dose of Diapar Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
