Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration directed by your doctor. Take it regularly and do not discontinue using it until the doctor tells you it is alright to stop. Using of the medicine may cause some common side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and loss of appetite. If you experience any of such side effects that do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms.
Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet gives relief from abdominal pain and works best if they are used when the first signs of pain occur. It slows the natural movements of the gut and relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines. By doing this, it relieves stomach cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort.
Diclofenac binds extensively to plasma albumin. The area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC) of diclofenac is proportional to the dose for oral doses between 25 to 150 mg. Substantial concentrations of drug are attained in synovial fluid, which is the proposed site of action for NSAIDs.
The volume of distribution of the drug at steady-state ranges from 1.0 to 1.3 L/kg; plasma protein binding is low (15 to 22%). Famotidine is 70% eliminated unchanged into urine after intravenous administration. The total body and renal clearances of famotidine correlate significantly with creatinine clearance.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet.
Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
The recommended dose of tramadol/diclofenac FDC is one tablet twice daily after meals, for a period not exceeding 5 days. This combination is indicated for symptomatic treatment of severe pain in adults with severe acute pain of trauma, postoperative pain, low back pain, and musculoskeletal pain.

If you miss a dose of Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Avoid taking any antacid at least 2 hours before or after taking this medicine.
Incorporate the folowing lifestyle changes in order to prevent acidity and indigestion:
Make sure you eat regular meals and drink plenty of water.
Avoid spicy and fatty fried food.
Lose weight if you are obese.
If you are a smoker, consider giving up.
Don't drink too much alcohol.
Do not go to bed immediately after taking a meal. Sit in a relaxed position for some time for better digestion.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
