This medicine should not be stopped abruptly without consulting the doctor. You should take this medicine regularly to get the most benefit, even if you feel fine. It is preventing future harm.
Use of this medicine may increase your risk of bleeding. Let your doctor know immediately if you see pinpoint rash or blood in your vomits, urine, or stool. If you are going under any surgery or dental treatment then you may need to stop this medicine for some time but only after consulting with your doctor.
Before taking it, you must inform the doctor if you are suffering from any kidney or liver disease. Let your doctor also know about all the other medicines you are taking to make sure it is safe for you. This medicine is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding.

Common side effects of Dindevan
Bleeding
Contraindicated in patients with severe liver or kidney diseases, infection of heart valves, actual or potential bleeding conditions, patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure, hypersensitivity and pregnancy.
Dindevan 50mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Consuming alcohol while taking Dindevan 50mg Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).
Dindevan 50mg Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
This medication is an anticoagulant, prescribed for thromboembolic (blood clot) disorders such as deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.

Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Dindevan 50mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
