Dmp Plus 10 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.
The absorption of domperidone was very rapid, with mean peak plasma concentration (Cmax) values of 18.8, 15.0, and 20.7 ng/mL attained at 0.9, 1.2, and 0.6 hours after the administration of base tablet, maleate tablet, and solution, respectively. The mean elimination half-life (t1/2) ranged from 12.6 to 16.0 hours.It distributes rapidly and evenly throughout most tissues and fluids and has a volume of distribution of approximately 0.9L/kg. 10 to 20% of the drug is bound to red blood cells. Paracetamol is extensively metabolised (predominantly in the liver), the major metabolites being the sulphate and glucuronide conjugates.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Dmp Plus 10 mg/500 mg Tablet.

If you miss a dose of Dmp Plus 10 mg/500 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
