Tramadol modulates the descending pain pathways within the central nervous system through the binding of parent and M1 metabolite to μ-opioid receptors and the weak inhibition of the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin.
Tramadol is rapidly distributed in the body; plasma protein binding is about 20%. Tramadol is mainly metabolised by O- and N-demethylation and by conjugation reactions forming glucuronides and sulfates. Tramadol and its metabolites are mainly excreted via the kidneys. The mean elimination half-life is about 6 hours

If you miss a dose of Dolmark 100mg Injection, consult your doctor.

Use only for severe acute pain for not more than 5 days.
Prolonged use may result in physical and psychological dependence even at recommended dosages.
Avoid driving or using machinery if you feel dizzy after taking Dolmark 100mg Injection.
It is better to take with food to avoid an upset stomach.

Dolmark 100mg Injection may cause drowsiness and dizziness, especially in the beginning of the treatment. Do not drive or work with tools or machinery if your alertness is affected. It is not advisable to drink alcohol during treatment with this medicine as it might increase sleepiness.
