Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart disease or stroke.The most common side effects of this medicine include edema, nausea, headache, dizziness, vomiting, constipation, itching, flatulence, pain in extremity, and indigestion. Your doctor may also regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function, and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment. Long-term use may lead to serious complications such as stomach bleeding and kidney problems.
Doloact 50mg Tablet DT is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Diclofenac binds extensively to plasma albumin. The area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC) of diclofenac is proportional to the dose for oral doses between 25 to 150 mg. Substantial concentrations of drug are attained in synovial fluid, which is the proposed site of action for NSAIDs.
