Dolokind Spas H Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
DOLOKIND SPAS TABLET is a combination of two medicines: Hyoscine butyl bromide and paracetamol. Hyoscine butyl bromide works by relaxing the muscles in your gut (intestine) and stomach. It breaks sudden muscle contractions (spasms), reducing cramps, bloating, pain, and discomfort. On the other hand, paracetamol is a pain reliever (analgesic) that prevents the release of some chemical messengers that result in pain. Together they relieve the abdominal cramp.
Dolokind Spas H Tablet effectively relieves sudden muscle spasms or contractions in the stomach and intestine (gut), thereby relaxing the muscles and improving movement of food. It also blocks chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain sensation. This helps to treat abdominal pain (or stomach pain) as well as cramps, bloating and discomfort. Take Dolokind Spas H Tablet as prescribed to get maximum benefit. Eventually, it will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a more active and better quality of life.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Dolokind Spas H Tablet.
Use with caution
Dolokind Spas H Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Dolokind Spas H Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat abdominal pain. It works effectively to reduce abdominal pain, bloating, and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut. It blocks certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation and fever.
Dolokind Spas H Tablet is a combination of two medicines: hyoscyamine and paracetamol which relieve abdominal pain. Hyoscyamine is an anti-muscarinic which works by decreasing the gastric secretion such as mucus and acids to relax the gut muscles. By doing this, it relieves abdominal cramps and pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
Adult: 1 tablet / day
Store at room temperature below 30 degree C. Protect from moisture and light.
If you miss a dose of Dolokind Spas H Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Symptoms of overdose may include headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhoea, unconsciousness, excitation, coma, dizziness, low blood pressure, fits and difficulty in breathing. Seek urgent medical help if you think you have taken too much of Dolokind Spas H Tablet
You have been prescribed Dolokind Spas H Tablet to relieve abdominal pain and cramps.
Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor.
Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
Do not take Dolokind Spas H Tablet at least 2 hours before or after taking other medicines as it may interact with other medicines.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dolokind Spas H Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
