Dolovera gel contains a combination of Diclofenac Diethylamine Linseed oil,Methyl salicylate,Menthol,Capsaicin.Diclofenac shows analgesic action by inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis by inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX),Linseed oil inhibits prostaglandin E2, leukotriene B4, histamine and bradykinin-induced inflammation and reduces pain,Menthol and Methyl salicylate are counter-irritants and used to treat minor aches and pains of the muscles/ joints.
