Dolostat MR 100 mg/325 mg/500 mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on the severity of your condition. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.Using this medicine may cause common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. If these persist or get worse, let your doctor know. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms.
Dolostat MR 100 mg/325 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in relieving muscular pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. This improves the movement of muscles and provides relief from pain and discomfort.
Aceclofenac (AC), a phenyl acetic acid derivative, ({[2-(2,6-dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetyl}oxy)acetic acid, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation with a reduced side effect profile, especially gastrointestinal events that are frequently.It distributes rapidly and evenly throughout most tissues and fluids and has a volume of distribution of approximately 0.9L/kg. 10 to 20% of the drug is bound to red blood cells. Paracetamol is extensively metabolised (predominantly in the liver), the major metabolites being the sulphate and glucuronide conjugates.Analysis of plasma samples indicated a rapid absorption and rapid elimination of chlorzoxazone. Average values of the elimination half-life and plasma clearance were 1.12 +/- 0.48 hr and 148.0 +/- 39.9 ml/min, respectively.

Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Chlorzoxazone is a combination of two pain relieving medicines (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol ) and a muscle relaxant ( Chlorzoxazone). The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Dolostat MR Tablet may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. If you miss a dose of Dolostat MR 100 mg/325 mg/500 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with underlying liver disease. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any early signs and symptoms of liver damage.
