Dolout P 325 mg/37.5 mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.
Dolout P 325 mg/37.5 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines that are used for short term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions that affect joints and muscles. It works by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain.
It distributes rapidly and evenly throughout most tissues and fluids and has a volume of distribution of approximately 0.9L/kg. 10 to 20% of the drug is bound to red blood cells. Paracetamol is extensively metabolised (predominantly in the liver), the major metabolites being the sulphate and glucuronide conjugates.Tramadol is rapidly distributed in the body; plasma protein binding is about 20%. Tramadol is mainly metabolised by O- and N-demethylation and by conjugation reactions forming glucuronides and sulfates. Tramadol and its metabolites are mainly excreted via the kidneys. The mean elimination half-life is about 6 hours.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Dolout P 325 mg/37.5 mg Tablet.

Tramadol/Paracetamol tablets are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe pain. The use of Tramadol/Paracetamol should be restricted to patients whose moderate to severe pain is considered to require a combination of tramadol and paracetamol
PARACETAMOL+TRAMADOL may interact with pain medications such as pentazocine, naltrexone, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) such as phenelzine, procarbazine, isocarboxazid, and rasagiline, antidepressants such as fluoxetine, paroxetine, drugs used to treat seizures such as carbamazepine, HIV drugs such as ritonavir, and antifungals such as itraconazole.
Do not chew, crush or break it. Dolout P 325 mg/37.5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Dolout P 325 mg/37.5 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Use only for severe acute pain for not more than 5 days.
Prolonged use may result in physical and psychological dependence even at recommended dosages.
It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery.
It is better to take with food to avoid an upset stomach.
Your doctor may adjust your dose if you have liver or kidney disease.
In case of overdose, tell your doctor immediately.

Yes, the use of Dolout P 325 mg/37.5 mg Tablet can cause constipation. To prevent constipation eat high-fiber foods like vegetables, fruits and cereals. Drink plenty of water. Exercise regularly by engaging in activities like swimming, jogging or take a short walk. Talk to your doctor about taking some medicines to treat constipation if this persists for a long time.

Yes, the use of Dolout P 325 mg/37.5 mg Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better. Do not drive or use any machines.

Yes, the use of Dolout P 325 mg/37.5 mg Tablet can cause dry mouth. If you experience dry mouth, drink plenty of water. Take regular sips during the day and keep some water on the bedside at night. You may use some lip balm if your lips are also dry.
