Take Domstal DT Tablet half an hour before each meal in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should take this medicine until your doctor tells you to stop. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
It is used to relieve nausea, vomiting and indigestion and also increases intestinal movements and facilitates the emptying of the bowel. Domstal 10 MG Tablet DT works by blocking certain substances in your brain that trigger nausea or vomiting.
The absorption of domperidone was very rapid, with mean peak plasma concentration (Cmax) values of 18.8, 15.0, and 20.7 ng/mL attained at 0.9, 1.2, and 0.6 hours after the administration of base tablet, maleate tablet, and solution, respectively. The mean elimination half-life (t1/2) ranged from 12.6 to 16.0 hours.

Domepridone is indicated for the relief of the symptoms of nausea and vomiting. Domeperidone should be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to control nausea and vomiting. It is recommended to take oral domperidone tablets before meals.
