Drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated while taking this medicine as this medicine may cause diarrhea.
Donep-M Tablet 15's is a combination medication containing Donepezil and Memantine, which treat Alzheimer's disease. Donepezil works by improving the function of nerve cells in the brain by preventing the breakdown of the chemical acetylcholine.
Donep-M Tablet can be taken with or without food, but you may take it with food to avoid a stomach upset. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the blood. Do not skip any doses, but if you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better and do not stop taking it suddenly.
Drug-Disease Interaction: Donep-M Tablet 15's is known to interact in patients with kidney or liver disease, asthma, heart disease, history of seizures, stomach ulcers, history of intestinal bleeding, urination problems, bladder obstruction.
Contraindicated
Donep-M Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Donep-M Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
