Doser 10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective.
Doser Tablet works by blocking the release of certain chemicals in the body, which cause pain, swelling and redness.
The exact molecular mechanism of serratiopeptidase is not known completely but research findings have demonstrated that enzyme possesses the unique ability to dissolve the dead and damaged tissue that is a by-product of the healing response without harming living tissues.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Serratiopeptidase is often used in oral surgery for its anti-inflammatory purpose after impaction surgery, maxillofacial trauma and infections but its use should be limited in cases of abscess due to its fibrinolytic activity.
If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Doser Tablet may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Doser Tablet may interact with the following drugs and products:
Aspirin
Clopidogrel
Dalteparin
Diclofenac
Enoxaparin
Heparin
Ibuprofen
Naproxen
Warfarin
Do not chew, crush or break it. Doser 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Doser 10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Doser 10mg Tablet helps relieve pain and swelling associated with post-operative wounds and inflammatory diseases.
Take it 30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your doctor.
Stop using Doser 10mg Tablet at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery as it may interfere with blood clotting.
Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease or problems with your blood clotting mechanism.
