Dr. Morepen Active Smile Advanced Mouth Wash should be used exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Follow the doctor’s instructions or use it in the dose and duration suggested by the doctor. Do not stop using it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. You must have to avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 30 minutes after using it.
It is a safe medicine with little or no side effects. However, it may cause staining of teeth, hard dental plaque, and taste change in some people. Inform your doctor if bothers you or does not go away.
It is not likely that other medicines you take by mouth or injection will affect the way it works but talk to your doctor before using it if you have used a similar medicine before and had an allergic reaction.
It has both bacteriostatic (inhibits bacterial growth) and bactericidal (kills bacteria) mechanisms of action, depending on its concentration. Chlorhexidine kills by disrupting the cell membrane. Upon application in vitro, chlorhexidine can kill nearly 100% of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria within 30 seconds
Pharmacokinetic studies with Chlorhexidine gluconate oral rinse indicate approximately 30% of the active ingredient, Chlorhexidine gluconate, is retained in the oral cavity following rinsing. This retained drug is slowly released in the oral fluids

Dr. Morepen Active Smile Advanced Mouth Wash may cause permanent discolouration of some tooth fillings. To minimize discolouration, brush and floss daily, focussing on the areas which begin to discolour.

Avoid contact with eyes and ears. If the solution comes in contact with your eyes, rinse well with water.
