It cools down the burning sensations and treats minor cuts, insects bites, scrapes and abrasions. Burnol Spray has been intended for minor cuts and wounds. Burnol spray acts as a protective layer for cracked skin and the medicine when dried forms a waterproof seal over the skin to stop any germs from entering the wounded skin. Aminacrine and Cetrimide work against microorganisms which help prevent infections by slowing down the growth of microorganisms.

Clean the wound well before applying the medicine to remove any bacteria
Apply the medicine to the wound and let it dry before covering it with a cloth
Avoid applying this on large areas of skin or area of skin that is infected and do not apply on stitches
Cover the treated skin with the sterile gauge or bandage and secure the bandage tightly so that no bacteria or germs can pass through it
