Dynapar Qps Topical Solution is a combination of four drugs: Diclofenac, Menthol, Methyl salicylate, and Alcohol. Diclofenac and Methyl salicylate work by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make another chemical prostaglandin (PG). By blocking the effect of COX enzymes, lesser PGs are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site. Menthol and Alcohol provide a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels, followed by an analgesic effect. It also enhances the penetration of drugs. Together, Dynapar Qps Topical Solution helps in providing relief from pain.
