Eldepryl 10mg Tablet can be taken alone or in combination with other medicines. It may be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.


If you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. You should never skip any doses and try to finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Selegiline is readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. It is distributed rapidly into the tissues, including the brain. It is the L-form of selegiline that is an active MAO-B inhibitor, the D-(+)-form being 25 times less active.
