Estrogen and progesterone are steroid hormones that play a pivotal role in the regulation of mammalian reproduction. One primary action of these hormones is to regulate the development and function of the uterus. These hormones act by regulating the transcription of specific genes in the uterus.
Progesterone is used by the sublingual route at dosages of 50 to 150 mg three to four times per day. A single 100 mg sublingual dose of Luteina has been found to reach mean peak progesterone levels of 13.5 ng/mL after 1 to 4 hours, with an elimination half-life of about 6 to 7 hours.

Eugest 100mg/ml Injection is safe to use during pregnancy. Most studies have shown low or no risk to the developing baby.
It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Eugest 100mg/ml Injection. Please consult your doctor.
Eugest 100mg/ml Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Progestins, by themselves or in combination contraceptives, can be used to treat dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, abnormal uterine bleeding, and endometriosis-related pain. They are also indicated in the diagnostic evaluation of secondary amenorrhea.
