Evion LC Tablet is a combination of two antioxidants: Levo-carnitine and Vitamin E. It works by preventing the formation of harmful free radicals in the muscles. This helps maintain the skeletal muscle function and relieves muscle cramps and pain.
The absorption of L-carnitine after oral administration occurs partly via carrier-mediated transport and partly by passive diffusion. After oral doses of 1-6g, the absolute bioavailability is 5-18%. In contrast, the bioavailability of dietary L-carnitine may be as high as 75%.
Vitamin E belongs to the family of lipid-soluble vitamins and can be divided into two groups, tocopherols and tocotrienols, with four isomers (alpha, beta, gamma and delta). Although vitamin E is widely known as a potent antioxidant, studies have also revealed that vitamin E possesses anti-inflammatory properties.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
