Fol 123 soft gelatin capsule (15'S)

Fol 123 Capsule 15's contains three medicines, namely Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Folic acid and Methylcobalamin. DHA plays an essential role in the development of the brain and is vital during pregnancy and infancy. DHA omega-3 fatty acids (oils) which reduce excess cholesterol levels in the body, thereby keeping the heart, brain and nerves healthy. DHA is usually located in cell membranes where it helps make more cells membrane that make it easier for nerve cells found in the brain to receive and send electric signals. Folic acid is the synthetic form of folate. Folate is a water-soluble vitamin naturally found in food sources. It helps in the formation of red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. It prevents and treats low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency) and high blood levels of amino acid, homocysteine (hyperhomocysteinemia). Methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, protects the nerves from damage and promotes blood cell production.
