Glu-Cell Cream helps to lighten these dark patches by reducing the production of melanin (natural skin pigment). Glu-Cell Cream lightens skin color and gives an additional glow. It also helps reduce signs of aging like wrinkles and dark spots. This helps boost your self-esteem and confidence as your appearance changes.
Tranexamic acid 1 g was given intravenously to three healthy volunteers. Plasma concentrations decayed in three monoexponential phases. Most elimination took place during the first eight hours, giving an apparent elimination half-life of approximately two hours. Plasma clearance ranged between 110-116 ml/min.Kojic acid works by blocking tyrosine from forming, which then prevents melanin production. Decreased melanin production may have a lightening effect on the skin. Kojic acid is most commonly used in cosmetic products, such as creams, lotions, and serums. It is also used in some soaps.Arbutin is a competitive inhibitor of tyrosinase (E.C. 1.14. 18.1) in melanocytes, and the inhibition of melanin synthesis at non-toxic concentrations was observed in vitro. Arbutin was shown to be less cytotoxic to melanocytes in culture compared to Hydroquinone. The pharmacokinetic profile of magnesium sulfate after intravenous administration can be described by a two-compartment model with a rapid distribution (α) phase, followed by a relative slow β phase of elimination. The clinical effect and toxicity of magnesium sulfate can be linked to its concentration in plasma. The mechanism of action for most of vitamin E's effects are still unknown 1,4. Vitamin E is an antioxidant, preventing free radical reactions with cell membranes. Though in some cases vitamin E has been shown to have pro-oxidant activity .The extract of mulberry leaves enriched with DNJ, quercetin and kaempferol activated the expressions of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR)-α, leading to the increase in β-oxidation of free fatty acid and lipid breakdown (Tsuduki et al.
