The most common side effects are headache, drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Please consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.

Histagra 120mg Tablet belongs to a class of medicines called antihistamines. It blocks the release of a chemical called histamine, which is responsible for causing inflammation and its associated symptoms such as itching, redness, swelling, and irritation.
Fexofenadine hydrochloride pharmacokinetics are linear for oral doses up to a total daily dose of 240 mg (120 mg twice daily). The administration of the 60 mg capsule contents mixed with applesauce did not have a significant effect on the pharmacokinetics of fexofenadine in adults.

FEXOFENADINE have interactions with a medicine used to treat low blood pressure (midodrine), a medication to treat fungal infections (ketoconazole), an antibiotic (erythromycin, rifampicin), medications used to treat HIV infection (ritonavir or lopinavir), respiratory disease medicine (theophylline), a decongestant (pseudoephedrine), anti-viral or anti-HIV drugs (ritonavir), and indigestion remedies containing aluminium or magnesium.
