Kinetix 5mg Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you're given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
The most common side effects are abdominal pain, headache, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), nausea, and vomiting. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness.
Before taking it, you should tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you. You should avoid this medicine if you are suffering from bleeding ulcers of the stomach. Consult with your doctor if are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Kinetix 5 mg Tablet is used to increase the movement of food from the stomach to the intestine. It speeds up the process of gastric emptying and prevents the reflux of food into the food pipe.
Mosapride is a prokinetic 5-HT4 receptor agonist used to stimulate gastric motility. Mosapride is under investigation for the treatment and prevention of Postoperative Ileus and Gastric Peroral Endoscopic Pyloromyotomy (G-POEM).
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Mosapride has been investigated for the treatment and diagnostic of Constipation, Type 2 Diabetes, Functional Dyspepsia, Functional Constipation, and Epigastric Pain Syndrome, among others.
MOSAPRIDE may have interaction with antibiotics (erythromycin), anti-fungal (ketoconazole), anti-malarial (quinine), heart medicines (amiodarone, sotalol), anti-psychotic (haloperidol), antihistamine (terfenadine).
Do not chew, crush or break it. Kinetix 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Kinetix 5mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
Consult a doctor before taking any medicines.
Take it at the same time every day, either with or without food.
Do not skip any dose and finish the complete course as suggested by the doctor.
Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Kinetix 5mg Tablet can cause dizziness and sleepiness.
Avoid alcohol and drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated while taking this medicine.
