Lipruflox 600mg Tablet should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It should be taken on an empty stomach. Prulifloxacin 600 mg achieves peak plasma concentration (Cmax) of ulifloxacin (1.6μg/mL) in a median time to Cmax (tmax) of 1 hour.

The serum concentration of Prulifloxacin can be increased when it is combined with Ampicillin. The risk or severity of QTc prolongation can be increased when Prulifloxacin is combined with Anagrelide.
