Lupicit 10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective.
It is generally safe with little or no side effects. However, if you experience any symptoms which you think are caused by the medicine, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.
To make sure it is safe for you, before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions or disorders. You should also tell your doctor all the other medicines you are using or taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
Lupicit 10mg Tablet is an enzyme that works by breaking down the chemical messengers involved in pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
The oral bioavailability of cetirizine is at least 70% and of levocetirizine is at least 85%. The Tmax of cetirizine is approximately 1.0 hour regardless of formulation. The pharmacokinetics of cetirizine have been found to increase linearly with dose across a range of 5 to 60 mg.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Cetirizine is contraindicated in anyone with a known hypersensitivity to it or any of its ingredients. Cetirizine is also contraindicated in anyone with a known hypersensitivity to hydroxyzine, as cetirizine is a metabolite of hydroxyzine.

Cetirizine is used to temporarily relieve the symptoms of hay fever (allergy to pollen, dust, or other substances in the air) and allergy to other substances (such as dust mites, animal dander, cockroaches, and molds). These symptoms include sneezing; runny nose; itchy, red, watery eyes; and itchy nose or throat.

Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Lupicit 10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Lupicit 10mg Tablet helps relieve pain and swelling associated with post-operative wounds and inflammatory diseases.
Take it 30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your doctor.
Stop using Lupicit 10mg Tablet at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery as it may interfere with blood clotting.
Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease or problems with your blood clotting mechanism.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lupicit 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
