Lupigesic-Old 0.3mg Injection is a opioid partial agonist that provides pain relief by acting on specific receptors in the brain that change how your body feels and responds to pain.
Buprenorphine is metabolized by the liver, via CYP3A4 (also CYP2C8 seems to be involved) isozymes of the cytochrome P450 enzyme system, into norbuprenorphine (by N-dealkylation).
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
