Lupisera Tablet can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective.
It is generally safe with little or no side effects. However, if you experience any symptoms which you think are caused by the medicine, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.
To make sure it is safe for you, before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions or disorders. You should also tell your doctor all the other medicines you are using or taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
Lupisera Tablet is an enzyme that works by breaking down the chemical messengers involved in pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
The exact molecular mechanism of serratiopeptidase is not known completely but research findings have demonstrated that enzyme possesses the unique ability to dissolve the dead and damaged tissue that is a by-product of the healing response without harming living tissues
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Store below 30°C
If you miss a dose of Lupisera Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Lupisera Tablet helps relieve pain and swelling associated with post-operative wounds and inflammatory diseases.
Take it 30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your doctor.
Stop using Lupisera Tablet at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery as it may interfere with blood clotting.
Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease or problems with your blood clotting mechanism.
