Lupisulide Cold Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Nimesulide is rapidly distributed and has an apparent volume of distribution ranging between 0.18 and 0.39 L/kg. It is extensively bound to albumin; the unbound fraction in plasma was 1%. The unbound fraction increased to 2 and 4% in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency.

Nimesulide is a relatively COX-2 selective, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic and antipyretic properties. Its approved indications are the treatment of acute pain, the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis and primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescents and adults above 12 years old.
NIMESULIDE may interact with respiratory medicines (theophylline), blood thinners (warfarin), antidiabetics (insulin), anti-epileptics (phenytoin), anti-cancer agents (methotrexate), immune system affecting medicines (cyclosporine), antacids, and anti-HIV (didanosine).
Do not chew, crush or break it. Lupisulide Cold Tablet is to be taken with food.

If you miss a dose of Lupisulide Cold Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
