Lupoxa OD Tablet SR can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly and at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit from it. Keep taking it as recommended by your doctor and complete the dose even if you feel better. If you stop, your symptoms may get worse.

Using this medicine may cause some common side effects such as headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. If any of these side effects do not go away with time or worsens, you should let your doctor know.

Lupoxa OD Tablet SR is an anti-inflammatory medication. It works by preventing accumulation of leukocytes in the joints, thus inhibiting inflammation at an early stage. This helps in pain relief.

Oxaceprol is an anti-inflammatory drug used in the treatment of osteoarthritis. It is derived from L-proline, a DNA-encoded amino acid. The active effect of Oxaceprol is to inhibit the adhesion and migration of white blood cells.

Indications

Oxaceprol drug is having anti-inflammatory pharmacological activity which is mainly used in the treatment of osteoarthritis/ disorders of joint and connective tissue inflammation. This drug mainly acts by reducing leukocyte accumulation in joints and thereby inhibits the inflammation.

Interactions

OXACEPROL may interact with anticoagulant (warfarin), medicines used to treat high blood pressure, a medicine used to treat cancer or rheumatoid arthritis (methotrexate), and medicine used to treat depression (lithium). Drug-Food Interactions: No interactions found.

Effects Of Missed Dosage

If you miss a dose of Lupoxa OD Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
