It may lead to a few common side effects like rash, headache, nausea, vomiting, and increased liver enzymes. You may also notice some injection site reactions like pain, swelling, or redness. Micanfa 50mg Injection kills fungus by preventing them from making their protective covering.
Micafungin was not significantly absorbed when it was administered orally. With a dose-proportional increase in maximum concentration (Cmax) and the area under the curve for 0–24 h (AUC0–24) observed, investigators determined linear plasma pharmacokinetics for intravenous micafungin (table 2).

It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Micanfa 50mg Injection. Please consult your doctor.
Micanfa 50mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Indicated for the treatment of candidemia, acute disseminated candidiasis, and certain other invasive Candida infections, as well as esophageal candidiasis, and prophylaxis of Candida infections in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Drug-Drug Interactions: Inform the doctor if you are taking an immunosuppressant (sirolimus), anti-fungal (itraconazole), antibiotic (amphotericin B desoxycholate), calcium channel blocker (nifedipine).
Drug-Food Interactions: No interactions found/established.
Drug-Disease Interactions: Inform the doctor if you have haemolytic anaemia, kidney or liver problems, or haemolysis.
