Mirabegron in Mira Tablet works by relaxing a specific bladder muscle that helps the bladder hold more urine, thus preventing urgent, frequent, or uncontrolled need to pass urine.
Detrusor relaxation is mainly mediated by the cyclic adenosine monophosphate pathway. Mirabegron is a potent and selective β3-adrenoceptor agonist. It causes increased cyclic adenosine monophosphate concentrations in the rat bladder tissue and shows a bladder relaxant effect.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
