On taking Neomine 0.5Mg Injection you may experience the following side effects; drowsiness, diarrhea, skin rash, indigestion, headache and vomiting. Major reactions include twitching, blurred vision, cough, chest pain, hives, difficulty in breathing and moving, muscle spasms, joint pains, seizures. In case effects persist or worsen, contact your health care provider immediately.
Before using Neomine 0.5Mg Injection, have a discussion with your doctor and avoid using it if you are pregnant, or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding, if you are taking any kind of prescription or non-prescription medications, if you have any allergies to medicines, foods, substances or any ingredients contained within Neomine 0.5Mg Injection, if you have heart diseases or any infections.

Absolute contraindications of neostigmine include hypersensitivity to neostigmine and peritonitis or mechanical obstruction of the intestinal or urinary tract.

Neostigmine, sold under the brand name Bloxiverz, among others, is a medication used to treat myasthenia gravis, Ogilvie syndrome, and urinary retention without the presence of a blockage. It is also used in anaesthesia to end the effects of non-depolarising neuromuscular blocking medication.
Drug-Drug Interaction: NEOSTIGMINE may interact with anaesthetics (halothane, cyclopropane), muscle relaxants (succinylcholine, suxamethonium), antibiotics (neomycin, streptomycin), muscle weakness treating drugs (amifampridine), antidepressants (bupropion), and dementia treating drugs (donepezil).
Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid or limit alcohol intake to prevent disease worsening and unwanted side effects.
Drug-Disease Interaction: Let your doctor know if you have asthma, bradycardia (slow heart rate), bronchospasm, fits, hyperthyroidism, stomach ulcer, coronary artery disease, urination problems, Parkinson's disease, or irritability of vagus nerve before starting NEOSTIGMINE.
