Neurabol Capsule reduces the release of a chemical called bradykinin, that is responsible for causing breaking and leakage of blood vessels. This damage to blood vessels leads to sudden accumulation of fluids below the skin causing swelling (edema) as well as redness. Neurabol Capsule blocks the action of bradykinin and treats angioedema.
Pharmacokinetics. Stanozolol has high oral bioavailability, due to the presence of its C17α alkyl group and the resistance to gastrointestinal and liver metabolism that it results in.
