Noblok X Nasal Drops works by moisturizing the inner surface of the nose. It helps in providing relief from stuffy nose due to common cold or allergies. This medicine is for external use only. You should use it in a dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
Before using this medicine, check the label. You have to tilt your head as far back as possible. Hold the dropper close to the nose. Make sure that you do not touch the nozzle. Squeeze the dropper gently so that the medicine gets placed in the nose. After few minutes, you can bend your head forward.
It is generally safe with little or no side effects. However, it might cause nasal irritation at the time of application. 3% and 5% Sodium Chloride Injections USP are contraindicated in the presence of elevated, normal, or only slightly decreased plasma electrolyte concentrations, or when additives of sodium and chloride could be clinically detrimental.

This intravenous solution is indicated for use in adults and pediatric patients as a source of electrolytes and water for hydration. 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection USP is indicated for extracellular fluid replacement, treatment of metabolic alkalosis in the presence of fluid loss and mild sodium depletion.
