Long-term use may lead to serious complications such as stomach bleeding and kidney problems.
Diclofenac in Nufenac Tablet blocks the action of certain chemical substances (prostaglandins) which are responsible for pain and inflammation; thus helps to ease pain and reduce the swelling.
Diclofenac is eliminated following biotransformation to glucoroconjugated and sulphate metabolites which are excreted in urine, very little drug is eliminated unchanged. The excretion of conjugates may be related to renal function.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

DICLOFENAC may interact with painkillers (nimesulide, oxyphenbutazone, metamizole), anti-blood clotting agents (warfarin), blood pressure-lowering agents (hydrochlorothiazide) and medicines for mania (lithium). Inform your doctor if you are taking any of these.

If you miss a dose of Nufenac 50mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
