Basic Information

Mechanism Of Action

Optineuron Injection is a nutritional supplement and helps to improve the level of vitamin B12 in your body. Vitamin B12 is essential in the formation of red blood cells and helps in absorption of iron in the body. As a result of this your haemoglobin level increases.

Pharmacokinets

Thiamine requirements are related to energy metabolism; specifically, 0.33 mg of thiamine are required for every 4400 kJ of energy. For adults the DRI of thiamine is between 1.1 and 1.4 mg per day. The primary active form of the vitamin, thiamine diphosphate (ThDP), is also known as thiamine pyrophosphate (TPP).Pharmacokinetics of vitamin B6 differ fundamentally, depending from the route of administration. The rate constants of elimination of B6-metabolites indicate a tendency of accumulation. Pyridoxine is rapidly metabolized in erythrocytes.Cyanocobalamin absorption occurs through the small intestine after binding to intrinsic factors and other cobalamin binding proteins. When given via the parenteral route, it reaches the blood immediately. [13] In the blood, it attaches itself to plasma proteins. It is known to participate in redox reactions in the metabolic pathways through cofactors flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) and flavin mononucleotide (FMN), derived from riboflavin, by acting as electron carriers.Within a complex metabolic system niacinamide controls the NFκB-mediated transcription of signalling molecules by inhibiting the nuclear poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1). Niacinamide is a well-tolerated and safe substance often used in cosmetics.Panthenol is well absorbed into the skin and quickly converted into Pantothenic acid by oxidation. Pantothenic acid is distributed into the cells and is converted to Acetyl Coenzyme-A (Acetyl CoA) in the cells of the epidermis.
