Pharmacokinetics. The elimination half-life of pancuronium has been reported to range between 89–161 minutes.

Injection site reactions (pain, swelling, redness)
A history of hypersensitivity or anaphylactic reaction is an absolute contraindication to the use of pancuronium.

Panuron 2mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Pancuronium bromide is indicated as an adjunct to general anesthesia to facilitate tracheal intubation and to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation.
Drug-Drug Interactions: Dexamethasone (relieves inflammation), and diltiazem (used to prevent chest pain).
Drug-Food Interactions: No known interactions found/established.
Drug-Disease Interactions: Histamine release, liver disease, pulmonary impairment, renal dysfunction.
