Pilo GO Cream is a combination of three medicines: Phenylephrine, Beclometasone and Lidocaine, which treats piles. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which shrinks the blood vessels in the affected area of skin and decreases swelling.
Phenylephrine is readily and completely absorbed from the gastro-intestinal tract after oral administration [1, 8]. It is subject to extensive presystemic metabolism in the gut wall and therefore has a systemic bioavailability of approximately 40% relative to intravenous dosing.Rapidly absorbed from pulmonary, nasal, and GI tissue. Undergoes extensive first-pass metabolism in the liver. Protein binding: 87%. Primarily eliminated in feces.Lidocaine is absorbed extensively following mucosal, intramuscular, rectal, transdermal, and inhalation pathways. 1 Lidocaine is metabolized efficiently, whether by presystemic hepatic elimination or normal clearance due to systemic hepatic blood flow.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
