PM Care is a powerful antioxidant, multivitamin preparation containing ubidecarenone, lycopene, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), carotene, wheat germ oil, vitamins (C, B12, B1, B2, B12, B9, E, E, B6, A, B3), niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, manganese, copper, iodine, selenium, and zinc.
Ubidecarenone is a ubiquitous vitamin like agent present in most of the cells and participates in cellular respiration. EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids which the body needs for various processes and should be supplied by the diet. Carotene, lutein, vitamin E, and zinc functions as antioxidants and protect the cells from harmful effects of free radicals. PM care is recommended for megaloblastic anaemia, and is an important dietary aid for diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. PM care can also be used as an adjuvant therapy in pregnancy, epilepsy.
