Pnv Plus 25 mg/2.5 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Meclizine and Folic Acid. Meclizine is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (histamine), thereby controlling nausea, vomiting and light-headedness in vertigo. Folic acid provides essential nutrients.

Drug-Drug Interactions: FOLIC ACID+MECLIZINE may interact with a quinolone antibiotic (ciprofloxacin), a medicine used to treat respiratory diseases (theophylline), an antidepressant (duloxetine), a medicine used to treat Parkinson’s disease (selegiline), muscle relaxant (tizanidine), and medicines that induce sleep (clonazepam, diazepam, and lorazepam, etc.).

Drug-Food Interactions: Do not consume alcohol or marijuana, as it can increase the risk of side effects.

Drug-Disease Interactions: FOLIC ACID+MECLIZINE should be used with caution in patients with liver or stomach problems, insomnia (trouble sleeping), asthma, glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye), heart disease, and high blood pressure.
