Pregabid ME 150 Capsule 10's is a combination of two medicines: Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin. Pregabalin acts by decreasing the pain signal's number sent by a damaged nerve in the body.
Methylcobalamin can be administered orally, parenterally and intranasal. Methylcobalamin binds with an intrinsic factor and form a complex which is absorbed in distal ileum. Its half life is 6 days.Pregabalin is rapidly absorbed following oral administration, with peak plasma concentrations occurring between 0.7 and 1.3 hours. Pregabalin oral bioavailability is approximately 90% and is independent of dose and frequency of administration.
